A range of hotels has been booked at preferential rates. Rooms are limited and available for reservation on a first-come-first-served basis. All hotels are located within walking distance to Bulgaria Hall, in the most attractive part of the city.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS
Company for International Meetings also offers an airport transfer service for delegates, attending the Congress, upon preliminary request.
The price for a transfer is 24 € per person or 36 € for two persons in one direction.
Precise travel details should be given to CIM at least two weeks prior to arrival. In case of "last minute" changes in your travel arrangements, please inform CIM by e-mail.
Departure from the hotel will be organized 2 hours before the flight. Pick-up time schedule will be available at the CIM desk in Bulgaria hall (the Congress venue) and in the hotels.
Hostel accommodation, prices starting from 10 Euro
TOURS
CIM has put together a special selection of tours for participants, proposing traditional sites for first-time Bulgaria visitors:
- Tour of Sofia with visit to the NationalHistoryMuseum and Boyana Church– 30 €
- One day tour to Rila Monastery – 62 € (lunch/ dinner included).
- One day tour to Plovdiv – 62 € (lunch/ dinner included).
The prices are per person and include transportation, entries, English speaking guide and are available for a group of minimum 12 people.
PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
All payments should be made to CIM by one of the following methods:
- bank transfer
- online by credit card
- offline by credit card
Any change of hotel booking should be sent to CIM, not directly to the hotel.
Due to the preferential hotel rates, in case of a cancellation of a confirmed reservation or no-show, the following fees will be charged:
Until 1.08.2014 no charges
From 1.08 to 15.08.2014 50% of the total amount prepaid
After 15.08.2014 No refund
